Duck Farm Clicker — last updated 6 October 2026
In one sentence: Duck Farm Clicker collects nothing about you, has no accounts, makes no network requests, and keeps your game save on your own device.
What the game stores
Your progress only — eggs, ducks owned, upgrades, achievements, milestones, total play time, and a "last seen" timestamp used to calculate what your ducks produced while the game was closed. That is the entire save. It contains no personal information.
Where it is stored
| Browser extension | Chrome's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) on your device. |
|---|---|
| Web version | Your browser's local storage (localStorage) for this site on your device. |
The save never leaves your device. The extension and the web version keep separate saves, so each is an independent farm.
What the game does not do
- No accounts, no sign-in, no email collection.
- No analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or usage tracking.
- No advertising, and no advertising or tracking SDKs.
- No third-party code of any kind — the whole game ships inside the bundle.
- No cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.
- No network requests. Nothing you do in the game is transmitted anywhere.
Permissions the extension asks for
storage |
To save your farm on your device. That is the only thing it is used for. |
|---|---|
alarms |
To refresh the toolbar badge that shows how many eggs are waiting while the popup is closed. |
No host permissions are requested, so the extension cannot read or modify any website.
Deleting your data
- In the game, the ⟳ button erases the save immediately.
- Uninstalling the extension removes its local storage.
- On the web, clearing site data for the page removes the save.
No copy exists anywhere else, so there is nothing to request from us — deletion is total.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone, regardless of age.
Serving the web version
The web version is served by Cloudflare Pages. As with any website, the host may log standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) in order to serve the page and protect against abuse. That logging happens at the hosting layer before the game loads, and is outside the game's control or access.
Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. The game is local-first by design, so we do not expect it to.
